I/We understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
A Deposit of $800 is required per vessel.
Full rental will be paid 60 days prior to boarding or my reservation will be cancelled and my deposit will be forfeited. Upon payment of full rental; the deposit then becomes the security deposit and will be refunded by CHECK. provided the boat is returned clean, undamaged, and with inventory intact. No gasoline may be charged against the deposit and No CASH will be refunded. A minimum cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for all boats returned unclean. A late charge of $200 per hour or any part of an hour will be charged for late returns. Check IN or arrival 2 - 4pm, Check Out or departure by 9am.
ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING.
Any cancelation received 90 or more days prior to boarding date, will resuit in a refund of your booking deposit, less a $250 service charge, per vessel.
Any cancelation received less then 60 days to scheduled boarding date will result in loss of entire deposit and rental fees. If the houseboat(s) is/are re-rented, your payment(s), less a $800 service charge per houseboat(s), will be refunded.
We regret we cannot make exception to this policy for personal emergencies and deposit may not be rolled from a cancelation year.
4. ALL CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING
* Reservation changes made 90 or more days prior to scheduled boarding date will be processed upon payment of a $200 change fee per houseboat
• Reservation changes made less then 90 days prior to scheduled boarding date will be processed upon payment of a $300 change fee per houseboat
5. Trinity Alps Marina is not responsible for any loss due to equipment failure, weather, iliness, accident, change in plans, or scheduling changes that may be required due to low water conditions or encroachment into eagle habitat.
6. Gas tanks, and oil (2 strokes) will be filled at renters expense upon termination of rental. Boat fuel gauges do not always read accurately and it is your responsibility to make sure you have the proper amount of fuel, boats are sent out with a full tank always.
7. I understand that water-oriented activities can, by their very nature be dangerous. I know that it is my responsibility to abide by the established rules of this facility, Laws of Boating Regulation of the State of California and the County of Trinity, and by the use of common sense and respect for others, and to see that the members of my party do likewise. It is agreed that the contract is performable and the venue shall be in Trinity County.
8. USE OF FIREWORKS, LAUNCHING OF WATERBALOONS, GOLFBALLS, ETC.... ADDING PERSONS ABOVE MAXIMUM CAPACITY, STOREING GAS CAN ON HOUSEBOATS AND ESPECIALLY DRINKING AND DRIVING, ARE ALL CAUSE FOR DEPOSIT AND BOAT FORFEITURE.
9. I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS OF THE ABOVE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND I AM OVER 25 YEARS OF AGE
10. If we have pet(s) an additional pet service charge will be applied, this is for additional cleaning required for pet hair, damage, etc... minimum charge of $75, but may be more depending on type and number of pets and condition of vessel when returned

Trinity Alps Marina attempts to furnish the cleanest, best equipped and maintained boats. To do this and hold down rates, it will be necessart to charge for any lost or damaged equipment, or boats returned dirity, or boats returned late.
AS A FURTURER CONSIDERATION FOR THE RENTAL OF THE TRINITY ALPS MARINA'S FLEET, THE UNDERSIGNED DOES AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Renter, or agent is to be solely responsible for the safe operation of the above mentioned boat, maintaining it in a seaworthy condition for the term if the rental, and agrees to accept full responsibility for the safety of all members: any accidents resulting in monetary loss, or injury or loss of life due to negligent or careless operation of this boat. An adult must be with boat at all times.
Renter, or agent is to return said boat and equipment as inventoried in the same condition as when rented, subject only to reasonable wear, and assumes all liability for any breahage, losses or damages to said boat or equipment.
Renter, or Agent is to return said boat in as clean and orderly a state as when rented. There will be a minimum service charge of $200.00 fo boats returned dirty.
TRINITY ALPS MARINA DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES, OR FOR ANY TIME LOST DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES.
The North end of the lake is known for its high gusty winds, and shallow, rocky dredger ponds, so we DO NOT ALLOW OUR BOATS PAST TRINITY CENTER.
Renter, or agent recognizes the failure to return said boat at the time agreed upon under the terms of this agreement, may result in monetary loss or damages to Trinity Alps Marina, and agrees to pay Trinity Alps Marina any damages, and/or losses so sustained by reason of Renters, or Agents" failure to return said boat, at the time specified in the agreement.
Renter or agent agress, if towing a ski boat or fishing boat, said houseboat must be equipped with bumpers and/or ties to prevent paind damage. If paint is damaged from neglect, there will be a minimum charge of $100.00.
Renter or agent understands, boats are sent out with a full fuel tank, and upon return, said boat is refueled at Renters' or agents' expense .
Renter, or agent are not to go into motor pods, doing so will result in loss of deposit.
